Exclusive performances by Franti and Potter to headline month-long awareness campaign  
Manizales, Colombia, October 3, 2011 -- In response to a growing demand for strengthened capacity in price risk management for the coffee industry, the World Bank’s Agricultural Risk Management Team, working in collaboration with Fair Trade USA, will provide training in this area to the Colombian Fair Trade coffee sector. The training will benefit 37 producer cooperatives which represent thousands of Colombian coffee growers in this area of the country.
Manizales, Colombia, 3 de octubre de 2011 – Respondiendo a una creciente demanda de mayores capacidades en el manejo del riesgo de precios para la industria cafetera, el Equipo de Manejo de Riesgo Agropecuario del Banco Mundial, junto a Fair Trade USA, capacitarán en este tema al sector del café de comercio justo colombiano. La capacitación beneficiará a 37 cooperativas que representan a miles de productores cafeteros en esta zona del país.
