Please fill out this form to share information with Fair Trade USA (FTUSA) about grievances or non-compliance with Fair Trade USA standards at an organization or company producing, trading, or processing Fair Trade goods for the US market.

FTUSA invites any person or organization to submit information about a Fair Trade organization/company’s performance against Fair Trade standards. We will notify you when your feedback is received and when an investigation is concluded we will communicate the findings and decision.
