Step One: The Omelet: 3 eggs 1 onion finely chopped 1 red or green serrano pepper chopped Sprig fresh curry leaves chopped  or tsp. Fair Trade curry leaf powder 1 tsp ground Fair Trade cumin ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ground 2 tsp cornstarch coconut oil, ghee or canola oil
These super-moist, super-yummy bars are full of protein-packed quinoa, antioxident-rich dark chocolate, nutritious nuts and banana.  They taste like a delicious banana cake, but they’re actually a healthy on-the-go breakfast.  You’d never know these bars are also vegan and, because quinoa is a complete protein, an excellent source of nutrition for those abstaining from meat or dairy.  Makes 16 1/2 cup La Yapa Fair Trade Certified organic Golden Royal Quinoa 1 cup water
2 large eggplants 2 large tomatoes 3 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter) or canola oil 2 medium onions finely chopped 2 tsp grated or chopped ginger 1 tsp ground Organic Fair Trade turmeric 1 to 2 tsp Organic Fair Trade cayenne powder 2 tsp salt or to taste
Ingredients 1 tsp (rounded) Fair Trade Certified Egyptian Chamomile Leaves 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp Organic Honey 1/2 tsp Chopped Thyme 1/2 tsp Minced Shallots Salt & Pepper 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Directions
