Gallegos as its new Director of Business Development, Coffee. In this role, Gallegos will help to increase the rapidly growing Fair Trade coffee business, which grew 25 percent in the United States in 2009 despite the economic recession. Additionally, Gallegos will work to expand TransFair USA’s producer network and help current producers develop new programs and products to appeal to U.S.
