The Organización de Productores de Café de Angel Albino Corzo (OPCAAC) is a coffee cooperative in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, the southernmost region of the country. The group, comprised of farmers with small, family-run plots, formed in 1995 to prevent land exploitation and the industrialization of coffee production. OPCAAC provides microloans, technical assistance, and training for members, always striving to improve the quality of their beans while adhering to environmentally sustainable practices. They are in the process of transitioning to organic production.
