Dang Foods supports cocoa farmers and their communities by using Fair Trade Certified chocolate for their dark chocolate-coated coconut chips
We have the privilege of sharing a Q&A with the founder of our newest Fair Trade partners, Vincent Kitirattragarn of Dang Foods. Kitirattragarn, 28, started Dang Foods after he discovered that the toasted coconut chips required in one of his mother's Thai recipes tasted like heaven. Since then, Dang Foods has experienced great success, and now offers a new flavor- Dark Chocolate Coated, made with 100% Fair Trade Certified chocolate.
