Did you know that your tweets can contribute to global change and promote Fair Trade awareness? With Ben and Jerry’s newest social media tool, Fair Tweets, they definitely can! Fair Tweets is a simple interface for Twitter users to donate their unused characters to support Fair Trade. Just type your Tweet, and then Fair Tweets fills the rest of the space with a Fair Trade message.  

How Fair Tweets Works:

• Fair Tweets fills in the "unused" characters in your tweets, and recycles them by inserting a message about Fair Trade!

Join Fair Trade USA for a Twitter Party on Friday, May 13 at 9am PT/12pm ET.  This is your opportunity to ask questions about Fair Trade and help spread the word via social media.  Participants will also be entered to win Fair Trade prizes.  Make sure to register forthe Twitter Party so that you'll be entered in the drawings.
