In the mountains of Honduras is the village of Capucas, home to Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada (COCAFCAL). This coffee farmer cooperative has more than 70 members, all of whom are dedicated to growing some of the best coffee in the world.

Meet Jose Isidro Lara, member of COCAFCAL in Honduras. He started coffee farming on one acre that was given to him by his father. With the Fair Trade prices he receives, he has been able to invest in 9 more acres throughout the area.
